How to take care of thick rebellious curly hair?

I have a thick curly hair and sometimes i mean most of the time it turning into 'afro'. Any product or tips?How to take care of thick rebellious curly hair?
i use a suave sleek shampoo and a herbal essence curly (purple bottle) conditioner

and then there is no other way to make curls look good unless you take a shower in the morning i take a shower in the morning and at night then when you get out of the shower in the MORNING like after you get dressed brush the curls they wont break or poof if you hair is wet then put a suave sleek cream in your hair all over then style how you wish and put an assuie spray in which kepps the curls fresh looking just rememeber not to forget a spot
