You can use a straightener on itHow can i get my naturally curly hair to go straight?
ever heard of a flat iron?
Straighten your hair with a flat-iron.
STRAIGHTEN IT. :)
ok so you should straighten it with a flat iron everyday until it grows to the length you want it. Then when you hair is grown out, get a chemical relaxer, (in the hair section) and you can get it at walmart.
  • whipped cream stiff
  • nails painted right

Any ideas fo me?How can I get my hair curly but not by using a curly iron?
    The Straight:

If you鈥檝e got straight hair, you鈥檝e probably suffered from the bland strands that won鈥檛 hold a curl syndrome more than once in your lifetime. If so, you鈥檙e not alone. Whether you crave volume, wave or curls, here how to get just that.

For Volume: You will want to invest in large magnetic rollers. Roll the hair in sections at the top of the head, while it is dry and then spritz with hairspray. Next, Blow dry and carefully remove the rollers and finally brush to create the volume you crave.

For Waves: You鈥檒l want to look for medium size hot rollers. First, apply a small amount of mousse to damp hair and then blow dry. Next, Roll sections of hair in the rollers and let cool. Finally, remove the rollers carefully and finger comb only to create beautiful waves.

For Curls: Look for sponge rollers to do the job right. Begin by misting already damp hair with a setting lotion and roll sections of hair in a spiral formation. Make sure that you roll hair up and down, not sideways. Allow hair to dry naturally or if you must, blow dry using a diffuser only. Once hair is dry, unroll and fluff the curls using your fingers only. How can I get my hair curly but not by using a curly iron?
I haven't found anything, but in the morning hot rollers are faster than a curling iron. put them in and then do breakfast, clothes, makeup, gathering up your stuff, making lunch, watching the weather, and it's time to take them out. I always see those long cylidrical foam things at claires that you are supposed to make spiral curls with, but I don't know if they work. sleeping on regular curlers stabs your head.

I have naturally straight, but not pin straight or fine hair, and if I leave a towel on my head after a shower for a while, and then sleep on it, it's usually wavy if that would work for you and you would settle for wavy. I also used to make a lot of braids all over my head with wet hair, and then when I undid them, very wavy, but it's hard to not get rubber band lines on the bottom. you could try 2 french braids and see how that works. good luck.
by using moose and then by using a stick comb to curl it
my friend sometimes puts her hair in braids at night, and in the morning takes them out. and it makes her hair all wavy.

    hope this helps
i have curly hair and i do this all the time

    1) use curling shampoo and conditioner( by pantene) it really works

    2) when you get out of the shower put moose in it then comb it and or scrunch it depending on what oyu want it to look ilke

    3) then put in gel (while still wet) to hold the style

if you really want it to stay spray some light hairspray on it

it should be so curly and cute!

How to maintain naturally wavy and curly hair?

I am an african american female with thick curly hair. I was getting my hair permed, but now I'm going 100% natural. However, my hair tends to get dry and shed when I wear my hair natural. What do I need to do to maintain soft, curly locks w/o the drying and shedding? How to maintain naturally wavy and curly hair?
Curly hair needs lots of moisture. When you shampoo curly hair, it causes the hair to be stripped of the needed oils to make your hair soft and shiny, so stop shampooing. I know it sounds awful to stop using shampoo but you will not believe the difference that will occur to your hair. Buy Lorraine Massey's book ';Curly Girl'; on Amazon.com. Its especially for women with curly hair and shows you how to treat it. Also, http://www.naturallycurly.com is a website dedicated to women with curly hair. How to maintain naturally wavy and curly hair?
Try using natural hair care products for black women http://mineralindulgence.com/

The reason your hair was dry was most likely the types of products you were using. Espeially if you were using products with mineral oil or petroleum (which are bad for the hair).

How to get curly hair to grow faster?

Stay away from hair products and hot irons like curling irons or hair straightners, drink alot of milk. There are lots of ways to make it grow but that doesnt mean it will work. How to get curly hair to grow faster?
Sorry to here about your little one

Drink lots of milk :D i drink it every time i wash my hair and it grows quite fast

    take care
I'm sorry to hear that, and I hope the best for your future.

Unfortunately there isn't anything you can do to make hair grow any faster than approximately a half an inch per month. Products, pills, techniques, vitamins, etc. wont make it grow any faster, but there are things you can do to ensure healthy hair as it grows.

Try taking a good multivitamin for women every day. Centrum is great for helping with stronger hair and nails. Finger comb or use a wide tooth comb on your hair rather than a hair brush. Brushes cause more breakage. Let your hair air dry if you can. Use minimal heat products/dye if possible. Get regular trims every 4-6 weeks and tell them 'less than half an inch'. I don't recommend using olive oil because it makes hair look greasy. Shampoo and condition your hair regularly.

    Good luck to you!
Trim your hair every 6 weeks.

    Believe me. It grows fastttt
Well now if there were a prosess to grow hair longer, thicker, and faster It would have been on the news and everyone would know ? hair only grows at the rate 1/2 inch a month this you cannot change .(yet)
Use professional products to wash and take care of your hair. Visit a pharmacy and ask gor advice. Take vitamins, eat plenty of fruits. I heard that MERZ vitamins are good for hair, skin and nails. Try to prevent painting or straightening your hair.

Products ?How can i turn my naturally curly hair into soft waves ?
I would suggest using a straighting shampoo such as ';dangerously straight'; by herbal essences so it can basically calm down your hair. Then try brushing it a lot with a Wide Tooth Comb. ( NOT a brush. This could make your curls frizzy! ) Once your hair is damp, spray in a detangler ( Loreal' Kids Tangle Tamer in the scent of sweet pear ( it smells great LOL ) Then finger comb the rest of your hair. Once your hair is dry, and you like it, just try to sleep on it. If it doesn't turn out the way you want, put your hair in a high bun and sleep with it. Take the elastic out in the morning, and Wala!

How do you make your hair curly?

I want curly hair. I have wavy hair naturally, but its just flat in some places and curly in others. It doesnt look good so i just straighten it, but i want some curls every once in awhile. I tried using a curling iron and i even watched some videos about how to use one but every time it just crumples at the end and it doesnt look good. Any help? Thank you! How do you make your hair curly?
Jamming your fingers into an electrical socket would do it - the downside is that although you would get lovely curly locks you would also be dead. A small price to pay for fashion. How do you make your hair curly?
    use curlers
to keep them from crumpling at the end you have to make sure you start the curler all the way at the end. try you tube for videos

but in my opinion, the easiest way is straw curls. first you by straws. then you wash your hair. while still wet, you take a section of your hair, add a little bit of gel if necessary down the entire length of the section, then wrap your hair down the the straw so it covers as much of the straw as possible. then use a bobby pin to clip the straw at both ends. then blow dry and let it sit for an hour or so. then take out the straws
my hair is exactly like that

i use garnier fructis spray gel and i spray it on my damp hair. then i twist my hair with my fingers and crunch it up and then finish off with hairspray. keep twisting your hair for about 15 minutes after you put hairspray on.

its works really well for me and i get a lotttt of compliments on my hair.

and the curls look totally natural!
Wash your hair. When you finish, DO NOT brush your hair. If you must, you can brush your bangs. Put your hair in a towel-turban thing. Keep it like that for a little while, about ten minutes. Take it out go upside down and towel-dry. Flip your hair back over and twirl it around your finger and also scrunch your roots. Remember, NO BRUSHING. Now that it is damp, put some hairspray and curling spray or something that helps you have curls/waves. Separate your hair in two. Make two braids. Blow-dry it as much as possible but don't go to close to the hair, it may be damaging. Sleep on it. In the morning undo your braids and you should have some nice wave/curls. Easy as pie.
Use mousse and a good diffuser, dry the hair slowly on a medium heat. I gather sections in the diffuser bowl and put it to my head and rotate the diffuser to start off and then once it is drier I move the diffuser through my hair as it needs it. Whilst doing this i scrunch sections with my free hand. Once it's dry you can back comb the the ends a little if required. I have similar hair, it is straight to the top of my ears then wavy everywhere else, I generally straighten it because it is just easier. Alternatively buy some heated rollers, because your hair is wavy the curls should take really well.
