How can I make my curly hair prettier or easier to straighten?

I have very natural, thick, curly hair. A lot of the time it's really frizzy and gross looking. I don't like to use a lot of product, but I'm willing to try some new ones. Does anyone have any product suggestions to make it look better? Or how can I make it easier to straighten? How can I make my curly hair prettier or easier to straighten?
So well i have super curly pretty thick but sensitive curls, when i first decided to straighten it i got the permanently chemical straight ,and it was straight but very puffy but the Paul Mitchell smooth straightener fixed the poof and the frizz liquid.

Now its been more than a year and my curls are growing and coming back so i take a shower and use hydrating shampoo and conditioner then blow drying cream and frizz Liquid spray the blow dry it to let the curl go away in 4 sections,, the morning i straighten it with good straighten it then hair spray and frizz Liquid to have no static

so i recommend blow Drying it before straightening to take the curl off and spraying frizz spray while blow drying

but if you was just curls i recommend putting curl cream after taking a shower when its wet then curl spray [if you want soft curls] or moose or gel but usually end up crunchier

-using products like paul Mitchell or chi are good ,brands like that

you should use the heat protectors

they make your hair look silky after you straighten it,

not like all dry and frizzy (:

and also, i reccommend CHI straighteners.

2 seconds, and its burning hot and it mosturizes your hair while its straightening.

its so good that you only need one stroke per section of hair :)
my hair is a total curly mess and this product called ';L'Oreal Tec Liss Control'; is the best thing ever. i usually mix it with some other products, but if you don't want to use a lot of product, give this a try. i can get away with just putting this in my hair before i blowdry it out and it works really well.

it costs 20 bucks a bottle. i have shoulder-length hair, i use about a quarter-sized blob every day, and it takes about 5 months to run out.

You can most likely use Mixed Chicks. The good thing about it is that allows you to work with what you got. Good luck.
