How do you make your hair wavy or curly to its full potential?

Hii, i have half wavy hair, its wavier in the back and bottom layers, then in the front and top layers.

I was wondering your hair routine to make it wavy or curly. No mousses or gels please.How do you make your hair wavy or curly to its full potential?
well i have natrualy curly hair but i know how to make your hair curly if u dont havecurly hair frist use matrix or chi curly shampoo and condinar then i would tell you to use there styling products after that but you dont want mousses or gels but they have scerm witch is differnt and works well just makes your hair silky and help it curl then i would just put the little rollers in your hair and blow dry your hair on high heat but low speed for 30min then use a curling iron then thats it hope that helpsHow do you make your hair wavy or curly to its full potential?
You can get a perm at a salon or use a curling iron.
